Jan:  $1800/Wk, or $250/Nite

Feb., March & April Not Available 2009-Monthly Bookings

May:  $2400/Wk, or $350/Nite- long weekends 

Summer Weekly Rates: Memorial Day to Labor Day/No partial weeks

 May 24 to June 13:  $2400

June 13-June 27-$3000 

June 28-July 4 week is $3500

July 4-11 week is $3500

All July weeks:  $3200

Aug 2 - Aug. 16: $3000

Aug. 16 - 30:  $2400

Aug. 30: - Sept. 6 :$3000

    4 day minimum on Holiday week: $1400

Fall Weeks -Sept. 6 to Nov. 30: $2400 or $350/nite for long weekends

Off-Season Holiday Weeks:  Thanksgiving, Christmas Week, New Years Week:  $2400/Wk or $350/nite 

  Cancellation Policy:  

Summer:  Summer weeks are booked very far in advance and while we are saving a particular week for you, we are turning others away.  Cancellation must be more than 60 days out to allow time to rebook the week.  If cancellation is less than 60 days out and we are not able to rerent the week, the deposit money is forfeited.  If cancellation is less than 30 days out, the full weeks rental is due.

 Off-season:  Cancellation must be more than 30 days out and all money is returned.  Less than 30 days, deposit money is forfeited.
